
Herb Butter
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ block butter, room temperature
- 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 tsp chives, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp tarragon, finely chopped
- 1 tsp parsely, finely chopped
- 1 pinch salt
METHOD
- Whisk together until light and smooth. While your steak is resting, dollop the butter on top generously and let it melt.
