COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: ensure the product is fully defrosted before cooking.
Preheat oven with a baking tray to fan 200°C / gas 6. Remove outer packaging but leave on the parchment paper.
Brush pastry with beaten egg. Place on the preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the preheated oven for 42-45 minutes, until fully cooked (internal temperature: 75°C).
Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
