Product description

Juicy pork combined with tasty cured ham & sweet onion, hand-wrapped in all-butter puff pastry.

Our delicious Artisan Sausage Roll, in a larger size for sharing.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: ensure the product is fully defrosted before cooking.

Preheat oven with a baking tray to fan 200°C / gas 6. Remove outer packaging but leave on the parchment paper.

Brush pastry with beaten egg. Place on the preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the preheated oven for 42-45 minutes, until fully cooked (internal temperature: 75°C).

Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

HOW TO STORE

  1. Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  2. Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
  3. Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours

Puff pastry (28%): WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), butter (MILK), water, salt.
