HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted. Remove the skewered sausages from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature. Preheat a heavy frying pan or ridged griddle pan, grill or barbecue to a medium-high temperature. Brush the sausages with oil. Sear for 3«-4 minutes per side. Place on a rack and rest somewhere warm for at least 2-3 minutes. This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
