
Garlic Bread
INGREDIENTS
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 100g salted butter (softened)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 French baguette, or large ciabatta, sliced part way through at one inch (2.5 cm) intervals
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together and push into the slits in the bread
- Loosely wrap with tin foil and bake at 190°C for 10-15 minutes.
- Tear apart whilst still hot and use the last bit to clean the plate!
