
White Wine marinated Pork Loin Steaks
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Pork Loin Steaks
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp white wine
- 1 tsp sea salt
METHOD
- Crush the peppercorns and chop the rosemary, mix this with the olive oil and white wine.
- Rinse the Pork Loin steaks under cold running water, pat dry with kitchen paper and place in the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high and bring the Loin Steaks to room temperature.
- Remove the Pork Loin Steaks from the marinade and rub each one with sea salt. Grill each Loin Steak for 4-5 minutes on each side and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with baked potatoes and salad.
