
Smoky BBQ Marinade
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp golden or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp lapsang souchong tea
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Because our meat is naturally tender, I've chosen non-vinegar-based marinades. Only 30 minutes to an hour of marinating will be sufficient to infuse flavour.
- Combine all ingredients together and brush onto your beef, pork, lamb and chicken. This is particularly good on beef and chicken
