COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines: cut along the top of the pouch and place the chicken skin side up into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Heat in the centre of a preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6.
From defrosted: for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, baste and cook for a further 10-15 minutes uncovered.
From frozen: for 50 minutes. Remove the foil, baste and cook for a further 10-20 minutes uncovered.
Carefully remove the dish from the oven.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.

INGREDIENTS
Roast chicken (90%): (chicken, stabiliser (sodium tripolyphosphate), salt, seasoning (salt, caramelised sugar, paprika extract, modified waxy maize starch)). Marinade (10%): rapeseed oil, dehydrated garlic, salt, thyme, black pepper, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours
