
Sauces for Steak Burgers
INGREDIENTS
Donald Russell Burger Sauce
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tspdill, finely chopped
- 2 tsp cornichon vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
Salsa Verde
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp parsley
- 3 tbsp coriander
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 green chilli
- 1 small shallot
- ½ lime, zest and juice
- 1 pinch salt
BBQ Sauce
- 4 onions, finely diced
- 2 tsp fennel seeds8 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 250ml water
Garlic Mayonnaise
- 8 tbspmayonnaise
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- t tsptomato ketchup
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
- 2 tsp chivesfinely chopped
METHOD
- Donald Russell Burger Sauce
Combine all the ingredients and season to taste.
Salsa Verde
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blitz until smooth.
BBQ Sauce
Place all of the ingredients into a saucepan and simmer until thick.
Garlic Mayonnaise
Combine all of the ingredients and season to taste.
