Pork sausage meat (80%) (pork, water, rusk (fortified WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), salt), seasonings (salt, fortified WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), dextrose, preservative (sodium SULPHITE), ground spices (white pepper, nutmeg), flavourings, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate)), bacon, cranberry & red onion chutney (20%) (smoked bacon (pork, water, salt, preservative (sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), red onion chutney (rehydrated red onions (water, red wine vinegar (red wine vinegar, preservative (SULPHUR dioxide)), kibbled onion), red onion (20%), demerara sugar, muscovado sugar, modified tapioca starch, red wine vinegar (red wine vinegar, preservative (SULPHITE)), salt, black pepper), dried cranberry (sugar, cranberries, sunflower oil)).Filled into natural sheep casings.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging.
Pan fry: preheat a frying pan, once hot add a little oil then cook the sausages on a medium heat for 7- 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill: preheat grill on a high heat, place the sausages on a lightly oiled tray and cook on the top shelf for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
