Juicy Pork Belly Slices smothered in a spice blend and fruit juice for a sweet and sticky glaze. The warming red chillies, paprika and spices in the Harissa add subtle spiced and smoky notes, balanced by the sweetness of honey and apple juice.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: preheat oven to 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4.
Leave product at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.
Remove strips from packaging, place on a small foil lined baking tray, add all the liquid from the pack, this will form the glaze, cover with foil.
Cook in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, increase oven temperature to 180°C, carefully remove the foil, baste then return to the oven uncovered, cook for 15 -20 minutes until tender and the glaze has become sticky.
Rest briefly & season with a touch of sea salt.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
