HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours

Mussels (Mytilus spp.) (MOLLUSCS) (83%), White Wine Sauce (17%) [Whipping Cream (MILK), White Wine, Whole MILK, Water, Cornflour, Onion, Butter (MILK), Rapeseed Oil, Parsley, Spirit Vinegar].
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted:
Hob: empty contents of the pouch into a saucepan and cover with a lid. Cook over a medium -high heat for 5 minutes or until mussels are piping hot and open. Stir occasionally whilst heating.
Discard any mussels which do not open.
Check seasoning and serve.
Microwave based 850 Watts.
Empty contents into a microwavable dish. Cover with film, piercing twice.
Cook on full power for 2 minutes.
Carefully peel back film, stir and re-cover.
Cook on full power for a further 1 minutes 30 seconds.
Discard any mussels that have not opened.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
