Product description
A luscious filling of oak smoked ham and a blend of cheese's - crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: this product is not suitable for cooking from frozen.
Oven: preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / gas 6
Remove all packaging and place the croquettes on a baking tray
Cook in the centre of the preheated oven for 9 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.

Smoked ham (16%) [pork leg (93%), water, salt, dextrose, stabilisers (sodium triphosphate, polyphosphates), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservatives (sodium nitrate)], mozzarella cheese (MILK) (12%), water, medium cheddar cheese (MILK) (10%), potatoes, rice flour, gram flour, full fat soft cheese (MILK) (6%), onions, maize starch, maize flour, potato starch, herbs, sunflower oil, potato flakes, salt, stabiliser (methyl cellulose), onion powder, garlic powder, lemon powder, dextrose, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), flavouring, spices, thickener (xanthan gum), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids).
HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours
