Crispy Mince Wraps
INGREDIENTS
- 220g Mince (can be beef, pork, lamb or veal)
 - 1 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 onion (finely diced
 - 1 red pepper (chopped)
 - 1-2 garlic cloves, pressed
 - 1 tsp ground cumin
 - 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
 - 20ml lime juice
 - 2 tbsp chopped coriander
 - Tortilla wraps
 - Guacamole
 
METHOD
- Heat olive oil in a pan until hot and add Minced Steak, onion, red pepper, garlic, ground cumin, and chilli flakes.
 - Fry until crispy, squeeze over the juice of half a lime, season to taste and take off the heat.
 - Stir through coriander and pile onto soft tortilla wraps with a dollop of guacamole, and roll or fold to serve.
