Brussels sprouts, onions, leeks and kale coated in a creamy West Country Cheddar cheese and white wine sauce, topped with a ciabatta, mozzarella and fried onion crumb that crisps up beautifully in the oven adding a satisfying crunch.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from frozen: Preheat oven 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6.
Pierce film lid and place the tray onto a baking tray.
Place in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 25 minutes.
Remove film lid and cook for a further 18-20 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
