How do I register to the Butchers Club?  

 

If you are an existing customer please sign in to your Donald Russell account return to /butchers-club/ and click “Log in”. If you are a new customer please register a new account on our site then click "REGISTER NOW”, on the above page.

Is there a fee to join the scheme? 

There are no joining fees, or subsequent fees at any point. 

Can I opt out of the scheme?    

Opt out at any time through your “account settings” in your account. 

How do I earn points?   

The main way to earn points is by placing orders on our website. You will receive points for every £ spent, plus opportunities for bonus points. 

How do I redeem my points?  

An option to redeem your points will be available when placing an order. Simply click on the amount you wish to redeem and copy and paste the code at checkout. 

When do my points expire?  

Points expire 365 days after date earned. 

Will I get a reminder emails about my points?  

 
We will keep you updated about your points, tiers and rewards. 

Can I gift my points?  

Points and rewards are exclusively yours and therefore not transferrable.

How do I ensure each purchase counts towards my membership?  

Make sure you are logged into your account before placing an order for your points to be allocated. Points will not be applied if checking out as a guest.  

Can I collect points with another account?  

Points and rewards are exclusive to a singular account. 

Do you have an app?  

We do not have an app. 

How do I update my personal details?  

Update your details in your “account settings” in your account.

 
Do my points automatically get added each visit?  

Points are added after every purchase you make on our website. 

Do I get points when I buy gift cards?  

Points can be earned on any order placed. 

Can I collect points on a trade account? 

Points can be earned on personal accounts only. 

I have more than one email address registered can I combine my points?  

Points and rewards are exclusive to a singular account. 

What happens to my points if I cancel or amend my order?  

Points for an amended order will be adjusted and points for a cancelled order will be removed.
