Find out the way that Chef Eddie layers his burgers for the perfect bite and flavour.

INGREDIENTS

  • Your favourite burger
  • Lightly toasted bun
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Pickles
  • Onion
  • Sauce of choice

METHOD

  1. Start with the base of a lightly toasted bun
  2. Add a good dollop of mayonnaise
  3. Then add lettuce - whole leaves are better for catching juices
  4. Add some thickly sliced tomatoes
  5. Time for the star of the show! Your juicy, well-cooked Donald Russell burger
  6. Place pickles and onions to sit nicely on the melted cheese
  7. Add plenty of your sauce of choice to the top of the bun and pop it on to finish off the burger
