COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: carefully remove from packaging, leave at room temperature for 15 minutes prior to cooking
Grill: preheat grill on a high setting. Place steaks on a wire rack set over a baking tray, drizzle lightly with oil and cook on the middle shelf for 7-8 minutes, turning carefully occasionally, take care not to burn the coating.
Panfry: preheat a heavy based frying pan or griddle pan on a medium- high temperature. When the pan is hot add some oil, you need enough oil to fry the steak and to ensure that the coating does not stick.
Cook the steak for 5« - 6 minutes turning carefully, occasionally and searing all over, take care not to burn the coating.
Don't press down whilst cooking as this can dry them out.
Remove from the grill / pan when fully cooked, leave to rest somewhere warm for 2-3 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with a little salt if desired.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
