wine 52 competition terms & conditions

Eligibility:

1. The promotion is open to all users aged 18 years old or over on the opening date of this promotion, excluding: employees of, or agents of Wine52 and Donald Russell, their distributors, or anyone else professionally connected to the prize draw.
2. Entry to this promotion requires the entrant/s to have a personal, valid, and current email account.
3. Maximum 1 entry per person. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
4. Wine52 and Donald Russell reserves the right to challenge the eligibility of any entrant selected as winner.
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
6. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Promotional period:

7.    The promotion runs from 3pm 14th November to 12noon on 18th November only. The winner will be announced on 19th November 2024.

 

How to enter:

8.    The competition will require the user to give their email address on the official landing page. By entering the competition, you are giving permission for your data to be shared and used by both parties for marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time.

9. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition.

 

The prize:

10.  Prizes: the nominated person will receive a British Free-range Bronze Turkey Box with Trimmings, worth £175, from Donald Russell and 3 premium 6 packs of wine, worth £260. 18 unique bottles of wine, Glug Magazine and two tasty snacks in each pack from Wine52.

 

Winner selection:

11.  Winners will be chosen: by random software, from all entries received and verified by Wine52 or Donald Russell.

12. Wine52 and Donald Russell decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Winner notification:

13.  The winner will be contacted by Donald Russell via the email account or phone number on which they entered within 48 hours of the draw. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by Donald Russell within 48 hours of such notification, or they are deemed not eligible, Donald Russell reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original. No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.

14. Donald Russell will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
15. Wine52 and Donald Russell require the winners address in order to send the prize.
16. The Winner should discuss any special requirements with the marketing team at the time of claiming the prize.

 

General:

17.  If the winner does not qualify as a valid entrant, then an alternative winner will be selected instead.

18. When entering the competition, you acknowledge that your entry, name and email details will have been made available to Wine52 and Donald Russell.
19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Wine52 and Donald Russell and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with Donald Russell’s and Wine52's Privacy Policies.
20. No cash alternative is available in whole or in part except, in the event of circumstances outside its control, Wine52 and Donald Russell reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Wine52 and Donald Russell, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winners. Wine52 and Donald Russell will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the promotion as detailed above or the prizes for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control.
21. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of Wine52 and Donald Russell, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
22. Wine52 and Donald Russell reserves the right in its sole discretion to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions, will result in the disqualification of all relevant entries.
23. Wine52 and Donald Russell accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
24. Wine52 and Donald Russell’s decision is final regarding the choice of winners.
