Haddock (FISH) (63%), wheat flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), beer (malted BARLEY), rapeseed oil, rice flour, WHEAT flour, maize flour, natural flavouring, maize starch, potato starch, gram flour, WHEAT starch, tapioca starch, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium bicarbonate), salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum), dextrose, sunflower oil, yeast extract, emulsifier (sunflower lecithins). COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Beer Battered Chunky Scottish Haddock Fillets
Cooking guidelines from frozen: for best results cook from frozen in the oven. Preheat oven to 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7. Remove all packaging. Place haddock fillet on a wire rack with a baking tray below. Cook in the middle of the oven for 28-32 minutes.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.

Scottish Smoked Salmon D-Sliced
Defrost in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve at room temperature for optimal flavour.
Devon Crab Pate
Defrost in a refrigerator.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Once defrosted, store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
Smoked Haddock Fillets
Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove fillets from packaging and rinse with water.
Place fillets in saucepan. Cover with milk and add peppercorns and salt. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove and serve as required.
Other methods include sauteing, steaming and oven bake.
