HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove packaging.
Allow to come to room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking.
Pan fry: preheat a heavy based frying pan to a medium- high temperature.
Add a little oil to the pan. Cook the burgers for 7-8 minutes, turning frequently and searing all over. Don't press down whilst cooking as this can dry them out.
Remove from the pan when fully cooked, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest somewhere warm for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
