Tender Pork loin, festive stuffing and our mushroom duxelles encased in all-butter puff pastry. This combination of juicy pork, smoked bacon and chestnut stuffing, our own recipe mushroom duxelles and flaky all-butter puff pastry gives layers of flavour with a subtly festive touch.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: preheat oven with a non-stick baking tray inside: 230°C / fan 220°C / gas 9.
Remove the outer packaging but leave on the baking paper and allow to come to room temperature for 10 minutes
Brush pastry with a mix of beaten egg with a splash of milk or cream.
Lightly oil the preheated tray. Remove the baking paper and place the Wellington onto the baking tray and cook on the middle shelf for: 24 -25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, and rest fully for 10-12 minutes before serving.
