An indulgent cheesecake combining velvety white chocolate and smooth pistachio cream over a golden biscuit base. A sprinkle of freeze-dried raspberries and crushed pistachios adds colour, crunch, and a gentle tartness to the sweet, nutty and creamy dessert. HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Shelf life defrosted: Once defrosted store between 0 - 5°c. Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Defrost & Serve: this product is ready to serve once fully defrosted.
Defrosting guidelines: keep each dessert in its packaging and defrost in the fridge for 12-14 hours.
Remove from the packaging; support the base of the cheesecake and carefully place it onto a cold plate.
Remove the plastic ring; loosen by sliding a warm knife or small spatula inside the ring that surrounds the cheesecake then peel off gently to remove.
