A mini version of our prime steak burger infused with umami flavour from Black Garlic Ketchup.
The subtle taste of garlic and the sweetness from Balsamic Vinegar and onions in the ketchup makes for a tasty and exciting twist on a family favourite.
INGREDIENTS

Minced beef (90%), black garlic ketchup (9%) (brown sugar, acetic acid, black garlic, sugar, onions, balsamic vinegar (acetic acid, cooked grape must), tomato puree, olive oil, salt, caramel, black pepper)), gluten free breadcrumb (rice flour, gram flour, maize starch, salt, dextrose), salt.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove the burgers from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature for 20 minutes before cooking.
Pan fry: preheat a heavy based frying pan to a medium temperature. Add a little oil to the pan or brush each side of the burger with oil. Cook the burgers for 11- 12 minutes, turning frequently and searing all over. Don't press down whilst cooking as this can dry them out. Remove from the pan when fully cooked, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest somewhere warm for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Pan to Oven: preheat a heavy based frying pan to a medium temperature.
Add a little oil to the pan or brush each side of the burger with oil.
Sear the burgers for 3 minutes in the pan to colour, then cook on the middle shelf of a preheated oven set at 200 / 180°C fan / gas 6 for 10-12 minutes.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
