Rainbow Slaw

  • Serves: 6-8



1/4 red cabbage, shredded

1/4 white cabbage, shredded

2 medium carrots, peeled & cut into fine strips

1 yellow pepper, seeded and finely sliced

6 spring onions, trimmed, washed and finely sliced

4 -5 Radish sliced finely

1 tbsp Honey

Salt & Pepper


150g natural yogurt

2 tbsp single cream

½ garlic clove, crushed

1-2 tsp lemon juice

Chopped chives to garnish


  1. Combine all the prepared slaw ingredients in a bowl and season with salt & pepper, mix well to blend all the ingredients & colours
  2. Combine all the dressing ingredient in a bowl then fold into the slaw ingredients, mix well to combined, decant into a serving dish & sprinkle with chopped chives.
