Rainbow Slaw

Rainbow Slaw is one of our Chef's favourite pairings with his steaks, burgers and much more - try it for yourself!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 white cabbage, shredded
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled & cut into fine strips
  • 1 yellow pepper, seeded and finely sliced
  • 6 spring onions, trimmed, washed and finely sliced
  • 4-5 Radish sliced finely
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Dressing
  • 150g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp single cream
  • 1/2 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice
  • Chopped chives to garnish

METHOD

  1. Combine all the prepared slaw ingredients in a bowl and season with salt & pepper, mix well to blend all the ingredients & colours
  2. Combine all the dressing ingredient in a bowl then fold into the slaw ingredients, mix well to combined, decant into a serving dish & sprinkle with chopped chives.
