HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator for up to 48 hours. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Defrost & serve: this ham has already been cured and cooked, you can eat it as soon as it has fully defrosted. Simply slice and serve.
However you may wish to refresh the marmalade glaze on the ham. To do this, pop it an oven at 180°C / fan 160°C / gas 4 for 3-5 minutes or until the glaze has melted a little and is nicely coloured and looks freshly glossed.
If you wish to serve the ham hot, slice and sparingly layer the slices in a deep baking tray, heating with 125ml of stock, cider, wine or water to keep it moist, cover and heat in oven at 170°C / fan 150°C / gas 3 for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
