COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from frozen:
Our Pakoras & Bhaji are best cooked in the oven from frozen.
Oven: preheat oven to 190°C / 170°C fan / gas 5
Remove products from packaging and set the dip aside.
Spreadout on a baking tray and cook in the centre of preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, turning half way. Rest for 2 minutes before serving
Defrost the sauce at room temperature, or for 20 seconds in a microwave.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked. Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.

Onion Bhaji:
Onion (55%), gram flour (25%), chilli powder, madras curry powder, garam masala powder, salt, ginger & garlic paste, water, rapeseed oil (contains anti foaming agent), turmeric, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, ajwain (carom seeds).
Madras curry powder contains: coriander, cumin, turmeric, lentil, chilli, MUSTARD, black pepper, bay leaves, cloves, cassia, fenugreek, garlic, salt, fennel.
Garam masala powder contains: coriander, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, fennel, black pepper, nutmeg, ginger, star anise, bay leaves, green cardamom.
Ginger and Garlic Paste contains: ginger,garlic,rapeseed oil,water.
Vegetable Pakora:
Gram flour (20%), carrot (12%), peas (12%), beans (8%), onions (8%), sweetcorn,
broad beans, chili powder, garam masala, madras curry powder, salt, ginger &
garlic paste, water, rapeseed oil (contains anti foaming agent), turmeric, cumin
seeds, coriander seeds.
Madras curry powder contains: coriander, cumin, turmeric, lentil, chilli, MUSTARD

Chicken Pakora:
Chicken (60%), gram flour (15%), water, chilli powder, garam masala, madras curry powder, ginger & garlic paste, salt, rapeseed oil (anti foaming agent) Ajwain (carom seeds)

Sweet Tomato & Onion Dipping Sauce (90g):
Onions (55%), mango chutney (10%) (mango, sugar, vinegar, garlic, chill, acetic
acid), tomato puree (10%), mixed peppers, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, water.
