Our classic handmade Beef Wellington in a bite-sized luxury treat, ideal for festive gatherings. Serve up some luxury this Christmas.

Cooking guidelines from frozen: preheat oven with a non-stick baking tray inside to fan 230°C / gas 9. Remove the Wellingtons from packaging.
Brush pastry with a mix of beaten egg yolk and a spot of cream. Sprinkle with a little cracked black pepper.
Lightly oil the preheated tray. Place on the Wellingtons, spacing them out to allow an even cook.
Cook in the centre of the oven for 11 -12 minutes.
Remove from the oven rest for a minute and serve.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
