Classic Florentine reimagined in a delicious fishcake with a crispy exterior and soft centre. Lightly smoked haddock fillet chunks in a rich blend of mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese and spinach, with crème fraiche and Dijon mustard, wrapped in golden breadcrumbs. The delicate chunks of smoked haddock and green spinach offer a classic pairing that delivers on flavour, further enhanced by the sharp mustard, tangy crème fraiche and robust cheddar cheese. Cooking guidelines from frozen: remove all packaging.
Oven: preheat oven and a shallow baking tray to 220°C / fan 200°C / gas 7.
Lightly oil the tray, place the product on the tray, and cook in the centre of the oven for 30-32 minute.
Deep Fry in preheated oil at 180°C for 8-9 minutes
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
