HOW TO STORE

  1. Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
  2. Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
  3. Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours

Spaghetti Bolognese

Cooked spaghetti pasta (27%) (durum WHEAT semolina, water), beef (19%), water, tomatoes, pork (10%), tomato puree, onion, red wine, beef glaze (beef stock, cornflour, sugar, salt, tomato purée, concentrated onion juice), marinated sunblushed tomatoes (slow roasted tomatoes, rapeseeds oil, salt, garlic, oregano), sun dried tomato paste (sun dried tomatoes, sunflower oil, salt, white wine vinegar, black pepper, garlic, rosemary, basil), carrots, CELERY, modified maize starch, salt, rapeseed oil, garlic puree, oregano, basil, black pepper, ground bay leaves.

Meat (29%) (beef 20%, pork 9%), water, tomato (13%), lasagne pasta (durum WHEAT semolina, water, EGG), mature Cheddar cheese (MILK), tomato puree, onion, skimmed MILK powder, red Leicester cheese (MILK) (colour: annatto norbixin), red wine, beef glaze (concentrated beef juice, corn starch, sugar, salt, tomato puree, onion concentrate), modified maize starch, garlic, sugar, butter (MILK), olive oil, salt, oregano, black pepper, bay leaves.

Macaroni Cheese with Vintage Cheddar

Water, cooked macaroni pasta (27.5%) (water, durum WHEAT semolina), vintage Cheddar cheese (21%) (MILK), single cream (MILK), ciabatta style white toasted breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, extra virgin olive oil, salt, yeast), skimmed MILK powder, vegetable oil (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), pecorino regato mix (1.5%) (pecorino (sheep MILK), Regato (MILK), red Leicester cheese (1.3%) (cheese (MILK), colour: annatto norbixin), modified maize starch, wheat flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), cheese stock base (processed cheese powder (MILK), emulsifying salt (sodium phosphates), dried glucose syrup, water, yeast extract, salt, sunflower oil, natural flavouring), Dijon MUSTARD (water, brown ground MUSTARD seeds, spirit vinegar, salt), Worcester sauce (water, spirit vinegar, sugar, onion, salt, tamarind Paste, cloves, ginger, garlic, BARLEY malt extract), garlic, parsley, lemon juice from concentrate, paprika, white pepper.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Spaghetti Bolognese

​Microwave: based on 800 watt.

Pierce film and cook until piping hot for 5 minutes.
Carefully stir product, replace film and cook for a further
from frozen: 4 minutes
from defrosted: 2 minutes.
Stir before serving.
Oven: Pierce film and cook in preheated oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6
from frozen: 40-45 minutes
from defrosted: 30-35 minutes.
Stir, leave it to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Lasagne

​This product is not suitable for microwave cooking. Remove film and place it, still in its black tray, on a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 until piping hot for:​From defrosted: 30-35 minutes

​From frozen: 50-55 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot with fresh bread and crunchy salads or sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan.

Macaroni Cheese with Vintage Cheddar

Cooking guidelines: preheat oven at 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6. Pierce film and place the tray onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for:

From frozen: 35 minutes
From defrosted: 25 minutes

Remove film and cook for a further 15-20 minutes until piping hot throughout.

Remove from oven and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat once cooked.
