A flavourful alternative to regular Pigs in Blankets for something new in your Christmas dinner. These pork and prune sausages are wrapped in smoked streaky bacon, creating a tasty combination of meatiness from the pork, sweetness from the prunes and saltiness from the bacon.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking guidelines from defrosted: remove all packaging.
Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place sausages on a lightly oiled baking tray and cook on the top shelf for 12-14 minutes until cooked through. Turn occasionally.
Oven: preheat oven to 200°C / 190°C fan / gas 6. Place sausages on a lightly oiled baking tray and cook for 14-16 minutes until fully cooked and piping hot throughout. Turn occasionally.
Ensure product is fully cooked & piping hot throughout.
