Enjoy hot smoked ChalkStream trout. Fresh fillets are dry cured in salt and demerara sugar before they are traditionally hot smoked in kilns over sustainably sourced oak chippings to produce a deliciously flavoured cooked smoked trout.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Defrost & Serve: this product is ready to eat once fully defrosted.
Defrosting guidelines: keep in the original packaging and defrost in the fridge for at least 24 hours. These are guidelines only.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.

HOW TO STORE
- Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
- Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
- Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator between 0 - 5°C and use within 24 hours
