When can I get my Christmas order delivered? 


You can order your Christmas products now in our Christmas Shop. Earliest delivery for some Christmas lines will be week commencing 14th October, unless otherwise stated on the product page. You can change the delivery date at checkout by using the green drop-down menu and selecting the date most convenient to you. Our deliveries run up to 23rd December but please consider defrosting time when you book your delivery slot to ensure that you have enough time to defrost and cook your food. We recommend that you book your delivery slot early to avoid disappointment as these slots are limited. 

How much is delivery? 


There is a £10.00 standard delivery charge with an all day delivery service, Tuesday - Saturday, to a single UK mainland, or Scottish island.  
Minimum spend for an order sent to Northern Ireland or a remote area is £60. 
For orders over £60, delivery to Northern Ireland or a remote area will cost £12. 
Remote areas are: The Outer Hebrides, Shetland, Orkney, Skye, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Western Scotland Islands and The Isles of Scilly. 
On all orders containing products worth over £50 (excludes gift vouchers), to a single UK mainland, or Scottish island address (excluding ZE and HS postcode areas) will be delivered to you for free. 

When is your Christmas shop open? 


You can place an order in our Christmas shop now and choose a delivery date that suits you. You now have a choice of how you shop our festive collection full of signature showstoppers, crowd-pleasing party food and decadent dessert. Shop online in our Christmas Shop, browse the full catalogue online or, if you'd like to have your own copy of our Christmas catalogue, you can provide your details in the form on the catalogue page and we'll send a printed version straight to your door. 

Can I change the delivery date on my Christmas order? 


We normally require at least 72 hours before the point of dispatch to make any changes to orders, but during busy times, such as Christmas, your order may have been picked & packed prior to this and, as such, we may not be able to amend your order. 
We can add additional delivery instructions for the courier company if you would like it left somewhere safe, should no one be at home when your order is due to be delivered. If you have any additional instructions, please do let us know as quickly as possible and we will get those added for you. Our contact number is 01467 629666. 

How will my order arrive? 


Your order will arrive packed for perfection with dry ice, so your goods will be protected and kept at the perfect temperature, ready to be popped in your home freezer. The dry ice we use has been independently tested to keep your order frozen for up to 48 hours from the time of dispatch. 
All of your items will be vacuum packed unless otherwise stated. This high grade packaging prevents against freezer burn and will keep your items in perfect condition until you are ready to enjoy them. For how long should I defrost my centrepiece? 


Please follow the defrosting guidelines provided with your product. As a general rule, we recommend defrosting your product for 12-15 hours per kg. We can link to a page with cooking, temperature & defrosting guidelines when ready. 

 How do I cook my centrepiece? 


Every product page has cooking instructions and the packaging will also contain instructions, so please do make sure you follow both the defrosting and cooking guidelines for your centrepiece. Can I order a Christmas catalogue to be delivered to my house? 


Thank you for your interest in our Christmas catalogue. You can request a hard copy of the catalogue to be sent directly to you, and can also view an online version on the catalogue page on our website.
