Landed and smoked right here in Aberdeenshire for the fullest flavour, these delicious Scottish Haddock Fillets are great on their own or in a classic fish pie.

Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove fillets from packaging and rinse with water.
Place fillets in saucepan. Cover with milk and add peppercorns and salt. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove and serve as required.
Other methods include sauteing, steaming and oven bake.
